HEBRON – Hebron Historical society President Raymond Glover is stepping down after six years at the post because of a move out of state.
Glover recently received an appreciation certificate from Vice President Robert Swift for his six years presiding over the organization, as well as being the main archivist, spending countless hours inputting data into the computer records. Glover also was the main researcher for visiting customers during the society’s business hours.
His pending family move out of state will leave a large knowledge and procedural gap to be filled in the organization’s efforts to expand and update its facilities, organization members said.
