WINTHROP – Artists and crafters are needed for the 34th annual Sidewalk Art Festival, scheduled this year for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20.
The festival draws hundreds of people to the area, helping the local economy. To make it a success, local crafters, artisans and volunteers are needed.
