AUGUSTA – On Memorial Day weekend, the Augusta Elks will host the Goldstars Tribute Wall, which honors members of the military who have died since the beginning of the Gulf War (1990) and their families.
The wall will be on display at Augusta Elks Lodge 964, 397 Civic Center Drive, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, May 29, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, May 30.
Opening ceremonies are at 10 a.m. Sunday. There will be a barbeque beginning at 1 p.m. Monday.
It is the tribute wall’s only stop in Maine.
