RANGELEY – The Church of the Good Shepherd, an Episcopal faith community, will celebrate Holy Week from Palm Sunday, April 10, through Easter Day, April 17.

Services are:
Palm Sunday, April 10, 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. Includes a liturgy of the palms, the reading of St. Luke’s Passion and Holy Eucharist.
Maundy Thursday, April 14, 6 p.m. A reflective service commemorating the institution of the Holy Eucharist, and the Mandatum novum (New Commandment) Jesus gave his disciples: “Love one another.” The service will conclude with the stripping of the altar.
Good Friday, April 15, noon. A reflection on the cross at Golgotha and Jesus’ last words; to include the reading of St. John’s Passion, and chanted ancient prayers unique to the liturgy of the day.
Easter Day, April 17, 8:30 a.m. A joyful service celebrating the Christian belief in Jesus’ resurrection; to include a Festal Holy Eucharist, with special music as well as familiar hymns and readings.
