PORTLAND — AARP Maine has launched a statewide Virtual Listening Tour, with a 90-minute community conversation led by AARP Maine State Director Noël Bonam and Volunteer State President Carl Bucciantini. AARP seeks to engage with hundreds of Mainers during the seven-part interactive tour to listen to their concerns and share ideas.
In addition, AARP Maine will offer legislative updates on matters of importance to Mainers 50-plus.
There are seven events to cover the different regions of the state. All events are free, but registration is required.
All of the sessions begin at 7 p.m. Turner Publishing area dates are:
Kennebec, Somerset counties, March 14.
Androscoggin, western Cumberland, Franklin, Oxford counties, March 23.
Mid-Coast (upper Cumberland, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Waldo counties, March 28.
Cumberland county: March 30.
