Lewiston-Auburn area students recognized for academic achievement at WGU

JERSEY CITY, N.J. – A trio of area residents have earned Awards of Excellence from Western Governors University.
The award is given to students who perform at a superior level in their coursework.
Recognized for academic achievement are:
Kira Sorumeito of Auburn, who earned an Award of Excellence at WGU Teachers College.
Mariann Gowell, of Lewiston, who earned an Award of Excellence at WGU College of Health Professions.
Jacqueline Schmitz, of Sabattus, who earned an Award of Excellence at WGU College of Health Professions.
