MANCHESTER — The Manchester Lions Club recently hosted the 2020/21 Spirit of America Foundation awards event. Lion Dave Worthing, Spirit of America, state vice president, was the MC.
Award winners are:
Kaleb Pushard, for his involvement in Manchester’s annual tree lighting and incredible light displays.
Carol Dudley, for her work with the North Manchester Meeting House Association and the Manchester Historical Society.
Shelia Knowles, active member of the Manchester Lions Club, active in her church and volunteers weekly at the food bank.
Don Sweeney, Manchester Community Church moderator as well as developer and primary builder of the new church community room addition. Sweeney also provides special music and sings in the choir.
