NORWAY – The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine is holding an open house at its new location at 59 Winter St. from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15.
The event will be held in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations in place on that day. Mask will be available at the door.
In the meantime, the center still offers weekly virtual classes and programs, a library of recorded classes on its website and YouTube channel and therapy sessions with the new Live Well Card.
Comfort items such as: wigs, arm and neck pillows, port protectors, rice bags, wrap quilts, hats, afghans and more are also available, as well as food and travel assistance.
The center also has an oncology social worker to help connect those affected by cancer to resources.
