Norway library hosts Scots-Irish geneology presentation via Zoom Aug. 3

NORWAY — Norway Memorial Library will host B. J. Jamieson, Maine State Library genealogy research specialist, for a presentation on Scots-Irish genealogy.
The presentation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, via Zoom.
The topics that Jamieson will cover include Scots-Irish as a distinct group, how they came about, early Maine Scots-Irish settlers, and tracing Scots-Irish ancestors.
