The Table has a busy July scheduled

NORWAY — The Table, at 160 Main St., has a busy month planned for July, including the weekly free clothing giveaway, free breakfast at the Norway Grange, recovery groups and kayaking.
The Table’s free clothing will now be 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be a variety of clothing available for both genders and many sizes. Staff will be on hand to help customers find specific clothing to aid in an efficient flow through the building.
To donate clothes, drop them off at The Table between 1 and 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Table’s Healthy Outdoor Group will continue kayaking in July. Follow The Table’s Facebbok page for schedules. HOGs is a group of people enjoying the beautiful state of Maine and sharing it with others, not a professional group. They accept donations of kayaks or money toward purchase of kayaks.
The tentative July schedule is:
Sunday, July 4, noon, North, Round and South ponds in Bryant Pond (meet at 112 Rocky Road). Double up if possible, becaues there is limited parking. From noon to 4 p.m., Continental Shakedown Band is playing under Bucks Ledge.
Tuesday, July 6, 5:30, p.m., Highland Lake, Bridgton.
Sunday, July 11, 1 p.m., Virginia Lake, Stoneham.
Thursday, July 15, Long Lake, Harrison.
Sunday, July 18, 1 p.m., Moose Pond, North Paris, off Route 219.
Tuesday, July 20, 5:30 p.m., Little Pond, Otisfield, off Route 117.
Sunday, July 25, Pleasant Pond, Sumner.
Wednesday, July 28,m 5:30 p.m., Keoka Lake, Waterford.
Everyone is welcome, and there are limited extra kayaks available for those who need one. Reserve ahead of time and we’ll meet you at the water. Life jackets are required.
The Table continues to offer free drive-by breakfasts at 9 a.m. the second, third and fourt Saturdays of the month at the Norway Grange, 15 Whitman St. The Table welcomes teams who would like to take a Saturday and serve breakfast.
The Table also offers space for area recovery groups.
The Table is an organization comprising Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church, the Norway Grange and community members. Its mission is to meet the needs of the community by offering healthy and safe programs for residents.
