All classes are held over Zoom or telephonically. Classes are free, unless noted.

Legal Services for the Elderly: An Overview, 11 to 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, presented by Andrew Milne, LSE staff attorney, via Zoom, learn about Legal Services for the Elderly, their services, Helpline and more.
Legal Planning for Aging Adults, 10 to 11:30 am., Monday, May 17, presented by Martha Greene and Will Townshend are estate planning attorneys at Brann & Isaacson in Lewiston, via Zoom.
AT&T – Cyber Aware Webinar, at your convenience, presented by AT&T Staff, oocation: Online video. A prerecorded Zoom class to learn more about online fraud and scams. This presentation is perfect for people who are interested in learning statistics, how to recognize scams and what to do to protect yourself while online.
AARP Safe Driving Course Information, at your convenience, by AARP Staff, online course, four-hour class, registration required. Once you register you’ll have access to log in any day and time to complete it within 60 days of payment.
Tai Chi for Health & Balance through Zoom, 10 to 11 a.m., Tuesday/Thursdays, July 27 through Sept. 30, via Zoom (video and audio required, $20 per person. Tai Chi Participation Waiver is required before recurring Zoom meeting is provided. Tai Chi is an enjoyable exercise that can improve balance, relieve pain, and improve health, and one’s ability to do things. It is a slow exercise. It is easy to learn and good for all ability levels.
