AUGUSTA — Spectrum Generations, in partnership with Healthy Living for ME, will offer a free workshop for adults who are at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes or who have prediabetes.
The National Diabetes Prevention Program will be offered beginning Thursday, March 25. Workshop participants will meet weekly from 3:30 to 4 p.m. on Zoom.
The National Diabetes Prevention Program focuses on gradual lifestyle changes and problem solving to reduce a person’s risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
