Central Maine students recognized for academic excellence at Clarkson

POTSDAM, N.Y. — Students from Winthrop, Gorham, Topsham and Bowdoin, Maine, were recognized for academic excellence for the fall 2020 semester at Clarkson University.
Named presidential scholars were Cameron M. Palmer of Winthrop, a sophomore majoring in computer engineering; and Aaron R. Jones, of Gorham, a junior, majoring in computer engineering.
Presidential scholars must achieve a minimum 3.80 grade-point average and carry at least 14 credit hours.
Named to the deans list were Eola H. Saucier of Topsham, a junior majoring in mechanical engineering, and Connor Brown, of Bowdoin, a junior majoring in engineering and management.
Dean’s list students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and also carry at least 14 credit hours.
