ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Several residents from the Turner Publishing circulation area graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology this spring.
Some 4,000 degrees were conferred in the 2019-20 academic year at all of RIT’s campuses. A virtual celebration was held May 8 at rit.edu/classof2020.
Central, western and midcoast Maine residents earning degrees were:
Casey Brochu, of Augusta, who earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering.
Madeline Wilson of, Brunswick, who earned a bachelor of science degree in diagnostic medical sonography.
Jacob Young, of Farmingdale, who earned a bachelor of science degree in software engineering.
Troy Leo, of Mercer, who earned a bachelor of science in computer science.
Ada Phillips, of Oakland, who earned a bachelor of science in software engineering.
Ryan Roy of Wilton, who earned a bachelor of science in ASL-English interpretation.
Devin Herald, of Windham, who earned a bachelor of science in chemistry;
Austin Desmond, of Windham, who earned a bachelor of science in manufacturing engineering technology;
Owen Thompson, of Windham, who earned a bachelor of science in motion picture science.
