Fayette selectmen to meet in person for first time since early March

FAYETTE — The Fayette Board of Selectmen will conduct its first in-person meeting since early March at 7 p.n. Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Fayette Central School. The board will make numerous appointments to many positions via a consent agenda, nominate chair and vice chairs and then discuss:
1) Broadband resolution 2) Echo Lake water levels 3) Update on Starling Hall 4) Board election to fill vacant seat.
Following the discussion, the board will enter executive session regarding a legal matter pursuant to Maine State Law Title 1 subsection 405.
Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are asked to follow Maine CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask and social distrancing.
