BELGRADE — While the town’s Fourth of July celebration has been canceled, the Friends of the Belgrade Public Library is still hosting its annual book sale, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, July 4.
This year the book sale will be outside of the library, at 124 Depot Road.
The Friends are requiring customers wear masks that cover their noses and mouths — no exceptions.
No more than 30 people at a time will be allowed inside the sale area. Shoppers will be allowed up to 30 minutes each. Upon arrival, customers will be issued entry numbers so they can wait in their vehicles.
Customers should park along the Depot Road near the ballfields. Please do not park in front of homes.
Neither food nor toilet facilities will be available.
Should there be severe weather, the sale will be postponed until the same time on July 5.
Proceeds support the operations of the Belgrade Public Library.
