RSU 38 wants to hear from parents who intend to enroll child in pre-k, kindergarten

MANCHESTER — Regional School Unit 38 i seeking contact information for parents who plan to enroll their child in pre-kindergarten and kingergarten for the 2020-21 school year, by appointment.
The district comprises Manchester, Mount Vernon, Readfield and Wayne.
Pre-k and kindergarten screenings have been postponed, but the district still wants to hear from parents. Those who haven’t already called with their student’s information should call so the district can get important contact information. The district will then contact parents as soon as plans are developed. There is no need to call if the child attended pre-k in RSU 38. Students must be five years old by Oct. 15 to register.
For pre-k, call 207-685-3336, extension 6. Students must be four years old by Oct. 15 to register.
For kindergarten, call the elementary school in you town.
