Children’s author Ulmer visits Morse library March 14

GREENE — Maine children’s book author Wendy Ulmer will be at the Morse Library, 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14. Ulmer is the author of several children’s picture books, including her first work, “A Campfire for Cowboy Billy,” published in 1997 and more recently printed titles like “‘A isn’t for Fox: An Isn’t Alphabet,” and “My Twelve Maine Christmas Days.”
She was formerly a high school music teacher, and is in the process of completing a middle grades book series, “The Journals of Anterg.” The third book in the series, “The Sword,” will be published soon.
While at the library, she will read from her books and run a literacy and numeracy activity for children. This event is suitable for preschool through first grade-age children. There will be books available for purchase as well as the opportunity to have them signed by the author.
