TURNER — The second performance in the Cabin Fever Concert series — hosted by Music for Mavis — will feature Stan Keach and Julie Davenport 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 23, in the Turner Public Library meeting room, 98 Matthews Way.
Three more concerts will be held in the coming weeks. March 1 will bring Kevin Libby and, in all likelihood, his brother Bryce, both crooners and talented musicians from a musical family. The Grownups — Frank Coffin and Melinda Liberty — will get toes tapping with thier musical talents March 15, and Hurry Down Sunshine, with Stan Davis and Brian Kavenauh, will serenade the audience April 5.
Music for Mavis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing communities together through music and the arts. Bring some cookies if you can. Admission is via passing the hat, and the suggested donation is $10.
