Somerset SnowFest will be Feb. 28-March 1

SKOWHEGAN — Somerset SnowFest, a celebration of all things winter, will take place Feb. 28 to March 1, in Skowhegan, Canaan and Madison.
Coordinated by Main Street Skowhegan and Lake George Regional Park, Somerset SnowFest will include an ice-fishing derby, dog sled rides, cross-country skiing, skating, a snowman competition and an equestrian skijoring competition.
