BETHEL — Mahoosuc Land Trust and local naturalist Rick Churchill will lead a snowshoe hike around the new one-mile Esker Loop from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18. The loop is in the McCoy-Chapman Forest, and hikers will look for and identify plants and animal tracks.
It’s a gentle walk over an esker, through mixed hardwoods with a view of the Androscoggin River.
