LEWISTON — Auburn Savings Bank presented a donation check in the amount of $2,500 to Lewiston-based non-profit Safe Voices on Nov. 5. Auburn Savings Bank President & CEO Bill Tracy presented Safe Voices Executive Director Elise Johansen with the donation on behalf of the bank.
Officials from Auburn Savings Bank said the bank is proud to support Safe Voices and the work it does to support and empower individuals and families affected by domestic violence in Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin counties. Safe Voices provides education, resources and support to those in need.
“We are honored to provide this donation to such a committed advocate for the community,” said Tracy. “Every day the staff and volunteers at Safe Voices work to ensure the safety of those in our community, and we’re proud to support their cause.”
Aurn Savings has branches on Court Street in Auburn, and another on Sabattus Street in Lewiston.
