SeniorsPlus November programming schedule set

LEWISTON –SeniorsPlus has announced its Education Center classes for November, including the return of the Androscoggin Readers Theater and a workshop on tenants and evictions.
Some of the upcoming classes and events are:
Androscoggin Readers Theater, 3 to 4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11. Androscoggin Readers Theater present performances of their original humorous scripts that explore the quirks, peculiarities and idiosyncrasies of senior life.
Evictions and Landlord-Tenant Law. 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, with instructor Andrew Milne, Legal Services for the Elderly, who discusses the eviction process and other aspects of landlord-tenant law.
Navigating Grief During the Holidays, 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, Nov. 26, with Amy L. Dulac, bereavement coordinator at Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice. The program discusses getting through the holidays after the death of a loved one. Participants will sit together and discuss different ways to handl grief and begin new traditions that might help celebrate the lives of those they’ve lost. Light refreshments will be available.
