NEW GLOUCESTER — The Fall Festival of Books & Bake Sale at the New Gloucester Library will be held Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2.
Friday, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the First Dibs’ for Kids Book Sale will be held. It includes childrens items only. Hard cover childrens books are 25 cents and paperbacks are two for 25 cents. Adults must be accompanied by a child to shop at First Dibs for Kids.
On Saturday, from 8 a.m. to noon, books, CDs and DVDs will be on sale. Most paperbacks are 25 cents and hardcovers are 50 cents. Children’s books are still 25 cents for hard covers and two for 25 cents for paperbacks. There are also home-backed goods at the bake sale, and buck-a-bag items.
