JAY — National POW/MIA Recognition Day will be marked in Jay with a service at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, on the Jay POW/MIA Remembrance Bridge on Riley Road.
The day is observed across the U.S. yearly on the third Friday of September.
This is the 29th year the service has been held in Jay.
