McKinley assassination Rangeley Library topic Sept. 25

RANGELEY — The Rangeley Public Library will host local military historian Gary Dunaenko at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, for a dicussion of the life and assassasination of President William McKinley.
McKinley was the 25th president of the United States, and Dunaenko will discuss the events surrounding his death, the political climate of the time and the repercussions of his assassination. Dunaenko, who collects many kinds of military memorobilia, will have various items relating to McKinley at the library on display.
