Kennebec Valley Youth Symphony Orgestra fall auditions are Sept. 3, 10

AUGUSTA — The Kennebec Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra will audition musicians for wind, string, bass and percussion positions on Tuesday, Sept. 3, and Sept. 10. The auditions are at the University of Maine at Augusta.
The youth sympphony is for advanced musicians, and the orchestra is for intermediate musicians. Both are for middle and high school-aged children, and members’ hometowns range from the mid-coast to the Lewiston-Auburn area.
