HARRISONBURG, Va. — Rachel Foulds, of Lewiston, Maine, was one of 3,700 students graduating in May from James Madison University.
Foulds graduated with a bachelor of science in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies. Foulds also was named to the president’s list for the spring 2019 semester. Students are named to the president’s list if they achieve a 3.9 or higher grade point average for 12 credit hours.
