LEWISTON — The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society will hold a series of free pet wellness clinics in the Androscoggin County area this summer, because many community members struggle to provide important medical care for their beloved dogs and cats, and GAHS wants to offer a helping paw.
Free vaccines, microchips and pet food will be offered at the clinics. Affordable spay/neuter vouchers for cats and information about low-cost dog surgery options will also be available. Please bring dogs on leashes and cats in carriers.
The vaccines require a booster one month after the initial shot; Each event has a booster date provided.
MINOT: Noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 6, with vaccine boosters Saturday, noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, Minot Town Hall, 329 Woodman Hill Road.
AUBURN: Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jly 17, wwith vaccine boosters noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, Moulton Park, behind the Great Falls Performing Arts Center, Academy Street.
LEWISTON: Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, with vaccine boosters noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16,
