Members of state staff to be guests at June 2 FCDC meeting

FARMINGTON — Two high-ranking members of the Maine Democratic Party state staff will be guest speakers at the next meeting of the Franklin County Democratic Committee, Sunday, June 2, at Mallett School in Farmington.
Lisa Roberts, the new executive director of the state party, and Cooper Reed, political and organizing director will be guests at the meeting, which is from 4 to 6 p.m.
Other business includes developing a field plan for the election year ahead, focusing on the value of community outreach, especially door-to-door canvassing, in order to lay the foundation for 2020.
