Sumner Volunteer Fire Dept. yard/bake sale is June 1

SUMNER — The Sumner Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary Annual Yard/Bake Sale will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, at the Sumner Fire Department, Main Street.

Organizers are looking for donations, including gently used furniture. They will not accept any CRT monitors or CRT TVs.
Baked goods from the auxiliary members will be for sale, as well as steamed hotdogs, coffee and cold beverages. Baskets of various themes will be raffled off. Tickets will be sold and customers can choose where to put their tickets.
All money raised at the event will be used to benefit the Sumner Volunteer Fire Department.
Organizers would also like to hear from anyone willing to take away the left over yard sale items, free of charge.
