PHILLIPS — Planning is well underway for the third annual High End Sal, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Phillips Area Community Center on Depot Street.
Yard sale items are not usually considered high end. Items must be clean and free of dust and dirt. Items for this sale start at $10 with no limit on the high-end price. All items must be pre-priced. Anyone not wishing to rent a table, but with up to three items to sell may reserve space at the PACC table. If your item on the PACC table is sold during that day, PACC will keep 10 percent of the sale.
Coffee, tea, soda and light refreshments will be on sale throughout the day. Shoppers may sign up for several drawings at the end of the day. No early birds on the day of sale.
