Easter morning music featured at Raymond Village Community Church

RAYMOND — Raymond Village Community Church will host an Easter morning sing-along, featuring the church’s choir, guest vocalists and a pair of trumpeters, who will perform the contemporary masterpiece “Gloria” by John Rutter, as well as Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus.”

RVCC Pastor Nancy Foran and music director Patrick Martin invite everyone to celebrate Easter with creative worship and gorgeous sacred music at the RVCC Easter Sunday Service, beginning at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 21, at the church, 27 Main St., Raymond Center.
“Every year, our altar overflows with dozens of lilies, daffodils, tulips and other spring flowers, making a wonderful setting for the special music of Easter,” Foran said. “To make this year even more special and to make the most of this music, in addition to our choir, we’re adding local vocalists Jon Bolduc and Rachel Scala-Bolduc, and trumpeters Noah Hall and Chris Bertelsen.”
The service will last approximately an hour.
