Maranacook kindergarten, pre-k registration appointments being taken

READFIELD — Regional School Unit 38, comprising Manchester, Mount Vernon, Readfield and Wayne, is taking appointments for children to be registered for pre-K and kindergarten for the 2019-20 school year.

To add a pre-K child to the list and schedule a screening May 15 to 17, call 207-685-3336 ext. 6. Children entering pre-k must be 4 years old by Oct. 15.
Students entering kindergarten must be 5 by Oct. 15. To register, call the local elementary school:
