SUMNER — Kindergarten registration and screening for students entering Hartford-Sumner Elementary School this fall will take place Thursday and Friday, May 2 and 3 and the school is scheduling appointments.
Registration will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is for children who are five years old before Oct. 15.
To register a child, contact the Hartford Sumner Elementary School’s office at 207-388-2681. Parents or guardians must be prepared to provide the child’s name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Parents or guardians must bring an official copy of the child’s birth certificate to the appointment at the school, 145 Main St.
Screenings last approximately 1 hour.
All students must be registered and screened before enrollment, including current pre-schoolers.
