Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine offers ukulele sessions

NORWAY — Cancer survivors and their caregivers are invited to learn to play the ukulele with the Oxford Hills Ukulele Group at the Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine.

Those who want to participate may bring a ukulele and join the circle to learn some fun and easy songs. There will be extra ukuleles available and instruction is available for those who don’t know how to play.
The next session is scheduled for 1 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 1. No registration is required. Visit the center’s calendar, at www.crcofwm.org or call 207- 890-0329 for more information.
The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine is at 199 Main St., in the Stephens Memorial Hospital Specialty Clinic building. The center is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Thursday and Friday and offers a variety of programs and resources, including wigs and comfort items; all free to anyone impacted by cancer.
