Leeds 4-H member serves as honorary page at Maine State House

Andrew Dexter, of Leeds, served as an honorary page in the Maine Senate on Tuesday, Jan. 29. Andrew was at the State House with a group of students representing the University of Maine Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Program. During his visit, he met with State Senator Jeff Timberlake, R-Androscoggin. The honorary page program provides an opportunity for students from third grade through high school to participate in the legislative process for one day’s session in either the House or Senate.
