FARMINGTON — Registration is open for the annual Chili and Chowder Cook-off to be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at the Fairbanks School Meeting House, 508 Fairbanks Road.
The fundraiser — hosted by the Fairbanks Union and New Portland Community churches — will benefit Mission at the Eastward, which provides scholarships for Camp at the Eastward.
Admission and the opportunity to vote on a favorite chili and/or chowder will cost $10, but donations also will be accepted.
