UNITY — Maine Guide and wilderness EMT Nancy Zane, of North Star Adventures, will speak about her favorite places to cross-country ski when she’s the Wednesday, Jan. 9 guest in the Sebasticook Speakers Series.
The talk is at 6:30 p.m. at 93 Main Coffee Shop, 93 Main St. A $5 donation is suggested for admission, and refreshments are available at no charge.
Zane will discuss hut-to-hut ski trips as well as back country ski tours, including skiing in the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. She will cover favorite local spots as well as cross-country ski centers.
Participants are encouraged to bring questions about equipment, accommodations, skills and trails.
The talks last about an hour.
