AUGUSTA – Sidney Eagle Scout Dawson Poulin was presented with a legislative sentiment on Dec. 1, by Sen. Matthew Pouliot, R-Kennebec, and Rep. Mike Perkins, R-Oakland, who attended an Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Poulin.
A member of Boy Scout Troop No. 401, Poulin attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest award in Scouting, because of excellence in skills development, leadership, personal growth and community service.
