WAYNE — The fifth annual Friends of the Library holiday bake sale, book sale, boutique and lunch will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Cary Library’s Williams House, 14 Old Winthrop Road.
The sale will include home-made baked goods, Jan Folk’s Christmas chocolates, ornaments and decorations, holiday tins, wrapping supplies and many inexpensive options for stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts.
The book sale will include a special section of Christmas books, DVDs and CDs for children and adults.
The library will open and close a little later than usual and serve a light lunch that includes a selection of soup or chili, biscuits or corn bread (with gluten-free options) and a sweet — to eat in or take out.
