BELGRADE — The winners of the annual Harvest Festival coloring contest, sponsored by the Friends of the Belgrade Public Library, and held at the Community Center for All Seasons on Oct. 6, during the festival, have been announced.
The contest is for children from ages 12 to below 5 years of age. There were 17 children who participated in the contest. The coloring pages were on display at the Harvest Festival for everyone to see.
Anthony DiGiovanni from Chelmsford, Mass., came in first for the children ages 9-12, and Kaitlyn Christiansen from Attleboro, Mass., came in second for that age group.
Lauryn Richard of Belgrade came in first for the children ages 6 to 8. Brady Christiansen from Attleboro, Mass., came in second in that age group.
Donovan McKenney of Oakland came in first for the children ages 5 years and younger, and Iris Scott of Belgrade came in second in that age group.
