PHILLIPS — Fall is in the air, which means, among other things, the scarecrows will gather.
The Phillips Conservation Commission will put up stakes for the scarecrows on or before Saturday Oct. 6.
The judging will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13. The Scarecrow Reunion, a long-established Phillips tradition, welcomes any and all participants.
