TURNER — Maine School Administrative District 52 Adult Education teacher Melanie North was recently recognized by the office of Sen. Angus King, I-Maine, with a Certificate of Special Recognition after she was named 2018 Maine Teacher of the Year through the Maine Adult Education Association.
