NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine will host its Welcome Summer Wellness event on Wednesday, June 20, Posabilities, 15 Tannery St.
Anyone affected by cancer and caregivers are invited to attend and participate in one or all activities. Check in and sign up for the individual sampler sessions will begin at 12:30 p.m.
At 12:45 p.m., Mary Dempsey will start the event with a Laughter Yoga session for all in attendance. From 1 to 2:30 p.m., 20-minute sampler sessions will be available from Katey Hawes will offer Thai Yoga, Susan Kane and Rhonda Twitchell will offer Chair Reiki and Karen Tibbetts will provide Hand Reflexology sessions.
At 2:30 p.m., Susan Kane will lead a Guided Meditation session for all. followed by Yoga Warriors with Kat Larsen from 3 to 4 p.m.
