SeniorsPlus ‘Living Well for Better Health’ begins May 30

LEWISTON — The Education Center at SeniorsPlus is offering a “Living Well for Better Health” series, beginning May 30.
The series, which lasts until July 11, is one of many offerings on the senior center’s June calendar.

Unless stated otherwise, classes are free and held at either the Lewiston or Farmington locations.
In addition to ongoing activities such as chair yoga, total strength and balance, coffee & comfort and the knitting group, “Living Well for Better Health” will be from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, May 30 to July 11 (no class July 4).
Other classes of note are “Age Related Changes in Hearing and Speech,” 2:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 5; “Safe Driving,” 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 1; and “Fall Risk Assessment” from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 20,
