MINOT — Members of the Minot Historical Society, Minot Jr. History Club and other town residents planted five apple trees at the History House in Center Minot on April 28.
The trees, heirloom varieties traditionally grown in this area of New England, were planted in memory of Eda Tripp, a leader in the Minot community and founding member of the Minot Historical Society.
The trees are a gift for the Minot Historical House, thanks to Donna Berry.
