Auburn Concrete, MSAD 52 Adult Ed team up on ‘lunch and learns’

AUBURN — Auburn Concrete and Maine School Administrative District 52 Adult Education have teamed up to help with technology training within the company.
The company wanted someone who could provide “lunch and learns,” said Auburn Concrete HR Director Mark Tanous.

MSAD 52 Adult Education instructor Kevin Ellingwood fit the bill and now works with Auburn Concrete employees to increase knowledge and efficiency in Microsoft Excel in Friday “lunch and learns.” Tanous said the company is pleased with the results.
“Learning how to use Excel more efficiently provides value and opens up more opportunities for employment and career advancement,” Ellingwood said.
