WINDHAM — The Lake Region Knights of Columbus Assembly will hold it’s third annual Chili/Chowder Challenge from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
Those attending can sample chili and chowder from up to 12 local professional and home chefs and judge the winners.
Admission is $7 and includes the samplings, corn bread and biscuits, homemade desserts and coffee, tea or punch. Tickets are available at the door.
The church is at 919 Roosevelt Trail (U.S. Route 302). Proceeds benefit the seminarians in the Diocese of Portland.
