Martial arts students prepare for Battle of Maine benefit

WATERVILLE — The 38th annual Battle of Maine Martial Arts championships returns to the Thomas College field house, 180 West River Road.
The event will help support the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals in central and northern Maine. It will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 24.

The competition has raised more than $75,000 for treatment of children in need of medical services.
Tickets are $10 for the day and $1 of each ticket sold will go to the Children’s Miracle Network.
